New Year New Plans

2016 was such a busy year for me! I completed a lot of new products and put a great amount of focus on my small prop business. I was able to slowly save up some money and buy some new photo equipment and set-up a photo studio in my house. I am beyond excited and extremely grateful.

Of course it did come without sacrificing some things here and there. I took a big break from going to a lot of shows and making any big costumes. Money was tight and these things are mostly for fun and cost money. I wanted to take a break from competing and making big creations anyways. Now I feel more motivated than ever to create something BIG! Big as in challenging that is. I am excited to learn some new things this year.

So far this year I completed a new item for my Etsy! Star Lord's belt accessory from Guardians of the Galaxy.

I also completed a new photo-shoot with Mavis from Hotel Transylvania. I did the make-up / wig/ edit. Photo is by Kannon Photography. This is probably one of my favorite photos of all time!

I have so many more things to come! I also have been taking a lot of time working-out 1-2 hours a day. The next big costume I am working on I would like to be in better shape for. In general I would like to be in better shape and overall be healthier. 2017 I am ready for you!
