I love Harley Quinn's look in 'Suicide Squad'.  To create this look I used my real hair and added in extenions that I colored.  I have done white face make-up in the past for my Mad Moxxi so I had a little bit of practice with it.  The choker is created with vinyl and plastic resin cast letters.  I re-purposed the harness I created for my Sherry Birkin costume.  I air-brushed the red on the shirt.  I  then added the letters by printing off the design on transferable paper using an iron.
