I really enjoyed the One Punch-man series.  Even though Tatsumaki does not have a big part I still love her character overall.

The wig probably took the longest.  I could only create so many curls at a time.  It was sometimes diffcult to get them perfect on the first try. 
 
I drafted my own pattern for the dress.  Added in a wire frame to get the floating effect.  I had to hand-stitch the wire in along the edge.  The photo-shop effects are created by me in photo-shop.
